Occasionally, I've trained people on the basics of interface design or my team on how we can use Figma together.

I believe the best products come from great teams. Whether it's PMs, developers, or users, I make sure to get everyone's input to create the best possible outcome.
I like finding the best way to make something. Sometimes it's about efficiency, repeatability or scalability, if not all of them. In any case, I'll make sure to come up the right process or solution.
