Ores, main gas and electricity distribution manager in Wallonia, asked Namahn to help redesign some of the tools their agents use on field. On this project, I've been doing fields studies, user & stakeholder interviews, co-creation workshops, wireframes, UI design, prototyping and user testing.

As a consultant from Movify I participated in the merging of several acquisition funnels into one. This included a week-long design sprint with stakeholders at the end of which we had an interactive wireframe prototype. I also attended and took part in remote user testing. My mission ended at that point.
